SLIDESHOW ALLEY

Adelaide Showgrounds
Next event -Oct 8th 2022

Our debut event was an absolute cracker! With 400 people attending, this sold-out event featured stunning displays from Zagame Automotive, Finch Restorations, Radial Motion and private collections. The star of the show was the new McLaren Artura, presented by McLaren Adelaide.

We were blessed with mostly sunny weather for this mid-winter gathering, with just enough drizzle to make things interesting on the motorkhana course, which featured plenty of tyre-torturing action from vehicles ranging from stock streetcars to raucous racecars and slick supercars.

Sustaining the crowd was a sensational spread from caterers Taylor & Holmes, and there were smiles all round, on and off the track.

The results showed that when it comes to motorkhana, it’s not how big it is, but how you use it, with the three quickest times of the day set by a Mini, a Toyota Yaris and a Mazda MX5, all in the Streetcar class. Scroll down to see the winners and the times for all participants.

Thanks to all of our awesome volunteers, who gave their time to make this event a success.

And thanks to everyone who came along to the first event put on by a brand new club – we’re blown away by the support of the Adelaide car community.
